Digital and Flexographic

Offering both plain and printed labels, we manufacture using the very latest Flexographic and Digital printing presses. The diverse experience of our staff combined with flexible high quality machinery, we ensure your labels are produced to a very high standard whilst being economically priced to suit your budget.

Finishes for your labels

We can finish our labels with matt, satin or full gloss varnishes and can over laminate for weather and chemical protection. Using metallic materials with and/or without white ink can create fantastic “Foil Look” labels while enabling the use of the full colour spectrum in a metallic appearance. If preferred, we can use combination printing with standard Flexographic print plus a wide range of Cold-Foils both metallic and holographic. Your labels can also be printed with a second pass on our Digital press to produce small runs over a variety of sorts or to add variable print to the labels.

Finishes that work for you

• Reels – Small reels for hand application or large reels for automated machine application. With our on-site laser core cutter, every reel we finish has full width cores. Core sizes available are 12.7mm to 101.6mm
• Sheets – Using our high speed sheeter press we can also supply your labels either in or multiple up on a sheet.
• Folded – Fanfolded (ZigZag) perfed to suit for great storage, suitable for feeding through over printers.
• Your labels are packaged to your requirements whether you want them  in bulk or individually wrapped/bagged for distribution.
